Questions

Before you measure

Everything you need to know about ordering made-to-measure.

How is Clira faster than a traditional tailor?

Traditional tailoring means consultations, fittings, and weeks of waiting. Clira translates your measurements directly into a digital cut plan, so production starts the day you order.

What if my garment doesn't fit perfectly?

Every garment is cut to the measurements you provide, so accuracy matters — our guided measurement form walks you through each step. If your garment doesn't match the measurements you submitted, we'll remake or alter it free of charge. And if the numbers themselves were off, contact us anyway — we'll work with you on a reduced-cost fix, because we'd rather you have a dress you can actually wear.

How do I take my measurements correctly?

Each measurement comes with a step-by-step visual guide. Use a soft measuring tape, and have a friend assist for the most accurate results.

What materials do you use?

We prioritize sustainable, high-quality textiles: organic cotton twills, recycled cashmere blends, and traceable silk alternatives. Because every piece is cut to order, nothing is overproduced.
