These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cliraclothing.com and your purchases from Clira, Inc. ("Clira," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Clira makes made-to-measure women's clothing. Each garment is patterned, cut, and sewn individually, based on the measurements and fit preferences you provide at the time of order. Because of this, every piece is unique and produced specifically for you.
Your order is submitted through secure Stripe checkout. A garment enters production only after payment and fit details are confirmed.
Prices are shown in the currency of your shipping country: U.S. dollars (USD) for the United States, Australian dollars (AUD) for Australia, and U.S. dollars (USD) for international orders to other countries we ship to. Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor; Clira does not store your card details. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown before you complete payment. Production of a garment begins after your order and measurements are confirmed.
Your garment is produced to the measurements you submit, so accuracy matters. Please follow our measurement instructions carefully. We review submitted measurements and may contact you before production if something looks inconsistent. Once production has begun, measurements for that order cannot be changed.
Because every piece is made to order for your body, we cannot accept standard returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Your garment has no shelf to go back to.
If we got it wrong, we make it right. If your garment does not match the measurements you submitted (within standard sewing tolerance), arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake or alter it free of charge. If a remake is not possible, we will refund the affected item. We may ask for photos to help us understand the issue.
If the measurements were off, the garment will still be made exactly to the numbers submitted, but we don't want a dress you can't wear. Contact us and we will work with you on a reduced-cost alteration or remake.
Delivery takes 15 days with express shipping or 20 days with standard shipping, from order confirmation. This includes production and shipping. If your order is delayed, we will let you know.
Customers in Australia. Orders shipped to Australia are priced and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping to Australia is A$20 express shipping, and delivery takes 15 days from order confirmation, including production and shipping. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The 14-day contact window in section 5 does not limit those rights.
Customers outside the US and Australia. Orders shipped to other countries we serve are priced and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). The countries we ship to are shown at checkout. International express shipping is US$25, and delivery takes 15 days from order confirmation, including production and shipping. Import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery. They are not included in our prices or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility. Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clira disclaims implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Clira, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order is placed.
