Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Welcome to Clira. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our made-to-measure products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this website.

1. Custom Orders & Measurements

Clira specializes in custom-fit garments based on measurements provided by the customer. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have followed our measurement guides accurately.
  • The measurements provided are current and correct.
  • You understand that slight adjustments may still be required due to the nature of fabric drape and personal fit preference.

We reserve the right to contact you to verify measurements that appear statistically unlikely (outliers) before commencing production.

2. Payments & Billing

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the checkout page. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Full payment is due upon order placement. Because our products are made-to-order, production begins immediately after the 24-hour modification window closes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all custom orders within 14 days of order confirmation. However, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or high volume are outside our control.

4. Fit Guarantee & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for a full refund unless the item is defective. However, under our Perfect Fit Guarantee:

  • If your garment does not fit, we will cover the cost of local alterations up to $50 USD.
  • If the garment cannot be altered, we will remake it for you free of charge once per order item.

5. Product Accuracy & Representation

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Digital Visualization: To allow for rapid prototyping and to demonstrate the fit of our digital patterns across various body types, some product imagery on this Site may be created using digital rendering technology (AI) or 3D visualization tools. These images are intended to demonstrate the silhouette, drape, and fit characteristics of the garment.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, digital patterns, and software, is the property of Clira and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States. Clira and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
