These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cliraclothing.com and your purchases from Clira, Inc. ("Clira," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order or reservation, you agree to these Terms.
Clira makes made-to-measure women's clothing. Each garment is patterned, cut, and sewn individually, based on the measurements and fit preferences you provide at the time of order. Because of this, every piece is unique and produced specifically for you.
While we finish setting up secure payments, the site lets you reserve an order instead of paying. A reservation saves your selected pieces and fit details and places no obligation on you — no payment is taken, and no garment enters production until you complete a paid order after checkout opens. Prices shown at reservation are current list prices and may change before checkout opens; we will confirm the final price before you pay.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. When payments launch, they will be processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor; Clira does not store your card details. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown before you complete payment. Production of a garment begins after your order and measurements are confirmed.
Your garment is produced to the measurements you submit, so accuracy matters. Please follow our measurement instructions carefully. We review submitted measurements and may contact you before production if something looks inconsistent. Once production has begun, measurements for that order cannot be changed.
Because every piece is made to order for your body, we cannot accept standard returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind — your garment has no shelf to go back to.
If we got it wrong, we make it right. If your garment does not match the measurements you submitted (within standard sewing tolerance), arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake or alter it free of charge. If a remake is not possible, we will refund the affected item. We may ask for photos to help us understand the issue.
If the measurements were off, the garment will still be made exactly to the numbers submitted — but we don't want a dress you can't wear. Contact us and we will work with you on a reduced-cost alteration or remake.
Made-to-order production typically takes around 14 days with express shipping, or roughly 20 days with standard shipping, from order confirmation to delivery. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; if your order is materially delayed we will let you know. Delivery timelines are confirmed at checkout and in your confirmation email.
All content on this site — designs, patterns, photography, text, and branding — belongs to Clira, Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false information, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access data that isn't yours.
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clira disclaims implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Clira, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order is placed.
