This policy explains what Clira, Inc. ("Clira," "we," "us") collects when you use cliraclothing.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run the store and improve the site, we never sell your data, and any advertising tags we use are only for measuring and improving our own ads (not selling data to data brokers).
Contact details: your email address (and name, if you provide it) when you join the newsletter, reserve an order, or contact support.
Fit details: the body measurements, size, and height you enter when customizing a garment. Until you submit a reservation or order, these are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never leave your device.
Order details: your selected items, shipping preference, and (once payments launch) shipping address.
Payment information: we do not collect payment details today. When checkout opens, payments will be handled entirely by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers.
Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated by our hosting and infrastructure providers to keep the site running and secure.
First-party site analytics: we record anonymous usage events on cliraclothing.com (for example page views, scroll depth, button clicks, waitlist form steps, approximate location from IP such as country and US state, device type, and campaign tags in the URL) so we can understand how the site is used and improve ads and the waitlist funnel. Events are stored in our own database (Supabase). They use a random session id in local storage, not your name or email. Waitlist emails are collected only when you submit the form and are stored separately. We do not use Google Analytics (the product). If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we skip first-party analytics and advertising tags.
Advertising / retargeting tags: when we run Instagram, Facebook, or Google ads, we may load the Meta Pixel and/or Google Ads tag so we can measure ad performance, build audiences of people who visited the site or joined the waitlist, and show Clira ads to people who already showed interest. These tags are set by Meta and Google and are subject to their privacy policies. We do not sell personal information. We do not collect or infer gender for advertising from our own systems.
To produce garments to your measurements, fulfill and support your orders, notify you when checkout opens (if you reserved or subscribed), improve fit on your future orders, and understand aggregate website usage so we can improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we don't share it with third parties for their marketing.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your bag and preferences between visits, and a random session id for first-party analytics. Meta and Google may set their own cookies when their tags are active for ads measurement and retargeting. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
We use a small set of service providers to run Clira: Supabase (database, image hosting, and first-party analytics storage), Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery), Stripe (payment processing, once live), email delivery providers for order and waitlist messages, and, when ads are active, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google for advertising measurement and retargeting. Each receives only what it needs to perform its role. Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your order.
We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, our fit promise, and legal obligations. Waitlist and newsletter contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@cliraclothing.com. California residents additionally have the rights to know, delete, and not be discriminated against under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information as defined by that law.
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and post the new version here. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
